Arrive 20-30 minutes before your meeting is expected to begin. In most instances, you may be asked to complete an employment application before your interview. If not, take the opportunity to see the day to day operations of the company's environment before your interview begins. This will allow you some time to become better acclimated with your new surroundings. This should help to create a more relaxed feeling as well.
